AAPHP has been asked to develop a one page sheet for physicians to adapt to their practice in informing patients about COVID-19 vaccine facts and myths. In addition, everyone who is able to receive the vaccine should be provided with the appropriate up-to-date EUA or vaccine information sheet for that vaccine and assessed for contraindications.
