Meetings

The Board of Directors meets by conference telephone call at least four times a year, to conduct organizational business, stay abreast of current public health and preventive medicine issues, and act on behalf of the membership between membership meetings.

The General Membership meets twice a year; generally in conjunction with another medical or public health meeting. These meetings are four and a half hours in length, occur before the opening general session of the host national meeting, and offer updates on key policy issues and the opportunity to meet colleagues in the field.
